"Poskromić „Psychopatę” - i​​​​​​Inteligencja emocjonalna w budowaniu świadomości Lidera" is a training addressed to managers and team leaders, aimed at developing Emotional Intelligence (IE/EQ). Participants gain the skills to recognize and effectively manage emotions, build positive relationships, and effectively deal with difficult situations. The course also includes work on your own emotional model based on Goleman's approach.

"Training Scrum Master I i co dalej?" focuses on developing Scrum Master skills beyond the traditional concept of "scrambleman". The course focuses on supporting the Product Owner, removing obstacles in the delivery and maintenance process, as well as strengthening soft skills. Areas such as self-organization, communication, team effectiveness, motivation, fossilization practices, conflict management and Scrum coaching are prioritized, helping the Scrum Master understand and utilize the full scope of his role.
