Project Objective

For the purposes of this project, tools have been created to help entrepreneurs identify their needs and select an appropriate training and advisory offer tailored to those needs.

Self-assessment is an interactive questionnaire for entrepreneurs, designed to evaluate the need to strengthen competencies in the field of personnel policy. It is essential for the further development of a company amid evolving socio-economic conditions.

The self-assessment report is generated upon completion of the questionnaire and is required during the project selection process.
 

The Competency Description in the HR area serves as the basis for selecting development services. It may be subject to periodic updates, and you can find it here.

Who Is It For?

Micro (excluding self-employed individuals without employees), small, medium, and large enterprises:
• business owners,
• HR staff,
• management personnel,
• employees responsible for the company’s personnel policy.

Funding Rules?

Funding can be obtained for training derived from the self-assessment and included in the competency description of HR staff.

What Is the Level of Support?

Up to 80% of the project value, with the remaining 20% covered by the participating enterprise or 100% in the case of own contributions allocated to salaries.

When Can You Apply?

The first call for applications was announced by regional operators on March 25, 2024. The deadline for submitting applications is November 30, 2026.

Step 1.

Step 2.

Create an account in the Development Services Database for yourself and your enterprise: register here

Step 3.

Assess your enterprise's needs by completing the HR Competency Self-Assessment.

Step 4.

Register in the Project Operator's system.

Step 5.

Complete the application with our help! If you need support, our team will guide you through the entire process step-by-step.

Step 6.

Submit the electronic application by logging into the Operator's System.

Step 7.

Wait for the decision and sign the agreement with the operator.

Step 8.

Enroll in training via the Development Services Database using the support ID assigned by the financial operator.

Step 9.

Participate in the training.

Step 10.

Evaluate the training in the Development Services Database - a mandatory condition for receiving reimbursement.

Step 11.

Settle the training - upload documents to the Operator's system and receive reimbursement for incurred costs.
