Personal data, depending on the purpose, will be kept until the purpose for which they were collected is achieved; kept for the duration of the statutory activity of NobleProg, or until the consent for processing for this purpose is withdrawn. Whereas:
- In the case of processing data necessary to perform the contract - for a maximum period of 5 years.
- In the case of processing data necessary for us to fulfil a legal obligation - for the period of limitation of tax obligations resulting from the relevant provisions of tax law;
- In the case of data processing on the basis of consent - until you withdraw your consent (in the absence of any other legal basis for processing) or raise an objection.

- the necessity to fulfil obligations resulting from legal provisions - art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the GDPR in connection with recital 48 of the GDPR
- art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR in connection with recital 47 of the GDPR - legitimate interest of the administrator - establishing and maintaining contacts and marketing products and services;
- art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) GDPR - it is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator (tax and accounting purposes);
- art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR - legitimate interest of the administrator - pursuing claims or defending against claims.
Requirement to provide data
- Providing data to make contacts is voluntary. Providing data in order to conclude a contract is necessary for the proper conclusion and performance of such a contract.

- This Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies, for the provision of electronic services requested by the User, by NobleProg.

- Administrator - means NobleProg Szkolenia Sp. z o.o., ul. Rydygiera 2a/22, 50-249 Wrocław oraz NobleProg Polska Sp. z o. o., ul. Strefowa 1, 36-060 Głogów Małopolski, which provides electronic services and stores and gains access to information on the User's devices. Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website's pages. Administrator's Cookies - means Cookies posted by the Administrator related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website. External Cookies - means Cookies posted by the Administrator's partners via the Website's website. Website - means the website where the Administrator runs the website, operating in the domains of NobleProg
