At NobleProg personal data is processed for the purposes of:

• ensuring the performance of rights and obligations arising from concluded contracts, including dispute resolution, problem solving,
• fulfilment of the obligations imposed on NobleProg, by law, i.e. tax, insurance and statistical obligations
• in order to implement the statutory objectives of NobleProg, incl. in the field of training, organization of conferences and congresses
• in order to contact in connection with the inquiry submitted via the contact form on the website https://www.nobleprog.pl/contact-us or by e-mail, or by phone or letter,
• sending commercial and marketing information by means of electronic telecommunications, in particular for the purpose of contact by e-mail, informing about services, products and events with the participation of the administrator and his staff pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR,
• for the use of telecommunications terminal devices (e.g. via e-mail, telephone, etc.) and automatic calling systems in order to conduct direct marketing with them

How long will personal data be stored?

Personal data, depending on the purpose, will be kept until the purpose for which they were collected is achieved; kept for the duration of the statutory activity of NobleProg, or until the consent for processing for this purpose is withdrawn. Whereas:

• In the case of processing data necessary to perform the contract - for a maximum period of 5 years.
• In the case of processing data necessary for us to fulfil a legal obligation - for the period of limitation of tax obligations resulting from the relevant provisions of tax law;
• In the case of data processing on the basis of consent - until you withdraw your consent (in the absence of any other legal basis for processing) or raise an objection.

Legal bases for processing

NobleProg processes personal data on the basis of:

• consent expressed by the data subject - art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR ")
• necessity to perform concluded contracts - art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR
• the necessity to fulfil obligations resulting from legal provisions - art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the GDPR in connection with recital 48 of the GDPR
• art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR in connection with recital 47 of the GDPR - legitimate interest of the administrator - establishing and maintaining contacts and marketing products and services;
• art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) GDPR - it is necessary to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator (tax and accounting purposes);
• art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR - legitimate interest of the administrator - pursuing claims or defending against claims.

Requirement to provide data

• Providing data to make contacts is voluntary. Providing data in order to conclude a contract is necessary for the proper conclusion and performance of such a contract.

Personal Data Transfer

• We do not sell personal data for commercial purposes. However, we may transfer data to other entities for the purpose of performing contracts, legal provisions or statutory tasks. In particular, this applies to courier and postal companies, IT service providers. Profiling

• Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling related to automated decision making, i.e. which would take place without human participation.

How We Use Cookies

• This Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies, for the provision of electronic services requested by the User, by NobleProg.

1. Definitions:

• Administrator - means NobleProg Szkolenia Sp. z o.o., ul. Rydygiera 2a/22, 50-249 Wrocław oraz NobleProg Polska Sp. z o. o., ul. Strefowa 1, 36-060 Głogów Małopolski, which provides electronic services and stores and gains access to information on the User's devices. Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website's pages. Administrator's Cookies - means Cookies posted by the Administrator related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website. External Cookies - means Cookies posted by the Administrator's partners via the Website's website. Website - means the website where the Administrator runs the website, operating in the domains of NobleProg
• Device - means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website pages. User - means an entity for which, in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations, services may be provided electronically or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions which, by their nature, require cookies.

3. The goals for which cookies are used:

• NobleProg uses its own cookies to correctly configure the website, and in particular to: ? adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages. ? recognition of the Website User's device and its location and properly displaying the website, tailored to his individual needs. ? remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, eg in the scope of the selected language. 5. Other tools

• NobleProg also uses the analysis of access logs, which contain information about the User's activity on the Website, including processing the IP address in this regard. The purpose of collecting logs is to monitor the efficiency of the website, traffic analysis, monitoring security, communication analysis and server work.
