The Development Services Database is managed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and offers the opportunity to obtain financial support for training, coaching, and advisory services from the European Social Fund.
It funds training costs for employers and their employees throughout Poland.
90% of the training costs for a micro-enterprise employing 1 to 10 employees, and
70% of the training costs for all other businesses as well as for Local Government Units, Offices, and Universities.
Training and advisory support in the field of HR, resulting from changes occurring in the labor market and demographic shifts. The project is organized by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. Services are provided via the Development Services Database through selected operators.
