The Development Services Base is administered by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and offers the possibility of obtaining financial support for training, coaching, and advisory services from the European Social Fund.

80% of training costs for all other enterprises as well as for Local Government Units, Offices, and Universities.
