Who is it for?

Professional soldier who has received written consent from the commander within 6 months prior to discharge (if service was at least 4 years). A professional soldier discharged due to inability to serve as a result of an accident or illness (outside Polish borders) for an indefinite period.

Former professional soldier, within 2 years after completing service.

Spouse and dependent children of a professional soldier who went missing or died during service, or passed away within 2 years after discharge due to illness or accident, for an indefinite period.

How much is the funding?

2736 PLN after 4 years of service.

5472 PLN after 9 years of service.

8208 PLN after 15 years of service.

8208 PLN for spouses and children.

Where to submit an application?

Active duty soldier through the unit commander.

Former soldier or family member according to place of residence at COAZ (Central Occupational Activation Center), OAZ (Occupational Activation Center), or WCR (Military Recruitment Center).
