Scrum Master I and What's Next? Training Course
In many organizations, the Scrum Master is seen as a "fixer" whose main task is to bring a project to completion and ensure a good atmosphere in the project with lots of colorful sticky notes on the wall. Is this the role of the Scrum Master? According to general principles, the task of Scrum is to safeguard the theory of Scrum (i.e., empirical process control) and its rules and practices (events, roles, and artifacts). In practice, the Scrum Master supports the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and operates in the development space as the one who removes obstacles to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery and maintenance process. The goal of the training is to equip the Scrum Master with tools for team collaboration. The result of joint work will be the strengthening of soft skills, building awareness of their own role, using specific project and coaching tools.
