1. Introduction to Active Attitude

  • Significance of active attitude in working with internal clients.
  • Definition of the internal client and the role of internal relationships.
  • Proactive vs. reactive attitude – how it affects collaboration?
  • Elements from "Games People Play" (Eric Berne): Analysis of typical psychological games that can occur in relationships with internal clients. How to recognize these games and effectively deal with them in the workplace.

2. Conscious “YES” and “NO” in Relationships with Internal Clients

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Conscious “YES”: When and how to express agreement, so that it is authentic and conscious.
  • Conscious “NO”: When and how to refuse, while maintaining respect and professionalism.
  • The art of assertiveness – tools for expressing your position.
  • Elements from "Learned Helplessness" (Martin Seligman): How to recognize symptoms of learned helplessness and overcome them? Developing a sense of agency and reinforcing belief in one's own abilities in decision-making.

3. The Art of Asking the Right Questions

  • The importance of open and closed questions in communication.
  • How to ask questions that deepen understanding of the situation and support collaboration?
  • Practical Exercises: Formulating questions for participants' professional situations, refining active listening skills.

Day 3: Case Study Work and Summary

6. Working on Case Studies

  • Analysis of selected cases from participants' work – challenges in relationships with internal clients.
  • Group Exercises: Teamwork to solve case studies where participants must use conscious “YES” and “NO” and ask the right questions to find optimal solutions.
  • Presentation of group work results and discussion of best practices.
  • Elements from "Games People Play" (Eric Berne): Recognizing psychological games in analyzed cases and proposing effective ways to counteract them.
  • Elements from "The Wisdom of Psychopaths" (Kevin Dutton): Analyzing situations requiring cold calculation, maintaining emotional distance, and determination to achieve goals.
