The training is the third element in a cycle of simulations, which also includes:
- TeamFlow Foundation - Basic Kanban Simulation Game (Level: Basic) - first preceding training
- TeamFlow Plus - Intermediate Advanced Kanban Simulation Game (Level: Intermediate-Advanced) - second preceding training
Requirements
Extensive practical experience and significant knowledge of Flow Management and Kanban approaches.
Significant experience in managing functional and/or project teams or in project management (both agile and traditional/classical methods).
