The training is the second element of a simulation cycle, which also includes:
- TeamFlow Foundation – Kanban simulation game (level: basic) - preceding training
- TeamFlow Professional – Kanban simulation game (level: advanced) - subsequent training
Requirements
Some practical experience and knowledge of Flow Management and the Kanban approach.
Experience in managing a functional and/or project/product team or in project management (both
agile and traditional methods).
