1. New Solutions for Employing Foreigners – Draft Act on the Employment of Foreigners. 

2. Citizens of Ukraine (and Other Beneficiaries of the Act on Assistance to Ukrainian Citizens) as a Special Category of Foreigners in Poland:

  • who is covered by the special act;
  • who is not covered by the special act;
  • National ID Number (PESEL) – how to obtain it, when it can be lost;
  • documents legalizing residence;
  • extension of legal residence – deadlines;
  • employment based on notification;
  • employment based on a statement of assignment of work;
  • possibility of traveling within the EU/Schengen and third countries while under temporary protection.

  • what changes have been introduced recently;

4. Employment of Foreigners from the EU/EEA/Switzerland:

  • possibilities for employment;

5. Legality of Residence and the Possibility of Working in Poland:

  • rules for entry of foreigners into Poland – necessary conditions specified in Article 6 of the Schengen Border Code (formal, financial means, insurance, others) and the Act on Foreigners; 
  • entry stamps – description and application rules;
  • refusal of entry – what it exactly means and how to avoid it;
  • residence documents entitling foreigners to stay and work in Poland (visas, residence permits, and biometric movements – calculation rules);
  • when a foreigner is exempt from having a work permit;
  • when a work permit is required;
  • taking up employment based on a statement of assignment of work to a foreigner;
  • taking up employment based on a work permit;
  • maintaining proper documentation for the foreigner – a correct "file" for the foreigner.
