  • using the mount program
  • troubleshooting mounting and unmounting issues
  • creating and managing LVM structures (Physical Volume, Volume Group, Logical Volume)
  • managing swap memory
  • mounting network disks
  • configuration and use of YUM and RPM
  • familiarization with package module streams
  • managing local user accounts
  • shared directories and special bits
  • configuring CRON tasks
  • configuring the Chrony daemon for time synchronization

Requirements

Completion of the Enterprise Linux (CentOS, RHEL, Rocky Linux, and others) training - introduction to administration and working in the command line or a good understanding of the command line.
