The course covers the interpretation of the Scrum Guide according to the vision of Scrum.org, which is crucial for the PSM II exam. Participants gain practical knowledge about comprehensiveness, empirical approaches, Scrum values, and the role of the Scrum Master as a leader. Additionally, the course prepares participants for the PSM II exam, based on the latest version of the Scrum Guide.

This course focuses on the business analyst role to be successful on Agile projects. Course participants will learn how to cooperate with the Team, Product Owner, Scrum Master as well as with the Customer to facilitate the development process. Participants will go through a mock project practising common scenarios.

The training is dedicated to people interested in implementing Agile approaches in the organization, people participating in projects, project managers implementing or planning to implement Agile approaches in projects.

This two-day course is designed to help teams that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) operate effectively within an Agile environment by applying frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will learn how to function as Agile Teams, create and manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and execute iterations. The course also emphasizes understanding the team’s role within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.

The training prepares teams to participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a particular focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completion of the course also prepares participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
