This instructor-led, live training in Poznan (online or onsite) is aimed at intermediate-level supervisors and programming officers who wish to expand their knowledge in administering SharePoint and effectively utilizing Microsoft 365 Copilot.

This practical, hands-on course introduces participants to AI agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot and demonstrates how they can build their own simple agents without any coding or additional tools.

Participants will explore Microsoft-built agents such as Researcher and Analyst, understand how AI agents work in a business context, and learn how to design and use their own agents using structured prompts and workflows in Copilot.

The course focuses on real-life scenarios, enabling participants to automate repetitive tasks, improve productivity, and create reusable AI assistants that can be easily shared across teams.

By the end of the session, participants will have built their own AI agent and will be able to apply the same approach in their daily work.

This course is designed for finance professionals who already use AI tools and want to move from occasional use to confident, consistent daily practice with Microsoft Copilot. Participants will sharpen their prompting skills and apply Copilot directly to real finance tasks, including data reconciliation, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The day is highly interactive, built around live exercises using realistic finance datasets. All exercises follow two parallel workflows: one for Copilot Chat (Basic, included with Microsoft 365) and one for Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium, paid license), so every participant works with the license they already have.
