What is EZD RP?
Jest is a free system for electronic document management, designed for Polish public administration. It offers full document circulation support, integration with ePUAP and e-Deliveries, streamlining communication and official processes. The system enables electronic case management, document registration, archiving, and status monitoring. EZD RP complies with current regulations and is a key element of administrative digitization. It will be mandatory in government administration from 2025 and in all public service units from 2028.

EZD RP utilizes the Camunda BPM engine to automate document circulation and administrative case processes. Camunda handles modeling, monitoring, and execution of business processes in EZD RP, meaning that every task in the system—from document registration to archiving—can be automated and optimized through Camunda-driven rules and workflows.
