Teamwork – communication, responsibility, results in practice
Course description
Characteristics
From an individual perspective to effective team action
The course is aimed at people who face communication and cooperation challenges in their daily work – both those who lead teams (formally or informally) and those who work in teams or are preparing for leadership roles.
The program focuses on the practical development of communication and cooperation competencies, key to the effective achievement of goals, team engagement, and the quality of professional relationships. The course has a workshop character and is based on working with real-life examples, project situations, and participants' daily challenges.
In a changing work environment – characterized by diversity, variability of roles, and high pace of action – effective communication, clarity of responsibility, assertiveness, delegation, and co-responsibility become key elements of effective cooperation.
The program combines individual, team, and leadership perspectives, showing how to communicate consciously, organize cooperation, and take responsibility for common results.
