  • No-code process automation platforms (Make, Zapier) – overview of possibilities

 

Module 2: Fundamentals of AI Technology – From Theory to Practical Use (1h)

 

  • Accessible introduction to AI technologies – machine learning, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs)
  • How does an LLM work? Natural Language Processing (NLP) and next-token prediction
  • The importance of NLP in modern service economies
  • Comparison of ChatGPT and other LLMs (Claude, Google Gemini, MS Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok) – capabilities, differences, applications
  • Main limitations of AI (hallucinations, bias, incomplete knowledge) and how to address them

  • Working with your own files, building a contextual knowledge base
