An initiative co-financed by funds from the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund for Social Development programme, implemented by Operators selected by PARP. The goal of the project is to enhance the competences and qualifications of employees in SMEs that are experiencing temporary difficulties in conducting their business activities.

Who is it for?

The programme is aimed at micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (including self-employed individuals) registered in Poland that have been actively conducting business activities for at least 12 months prior to the start of the project recruitment process and are currently facing temporary difficulties.

Employees who have been employed by the enterprise for a minimum of 3 months prior to the launch date of the recruitment can be delegated to the project.

How much is the co-financing?

The amount of support depends on the size of the enterprise:

  • Non-employed enterprise (self-employed): up to 19,298 PLN
  • Micro and small enterprise: up to 77,192 PLN
  • Medium-sized enterprise: up to 154,384 PLN

What can the funds be used for?

Funds can be used to develop a diagnosis of the enterprise's condition and to implement developmental services (training and consulting) through the Development Services Database.

How to Obtain Co-Financing?

Step 1.

Step 2.

Before starting the project, conduct a self-diagnosis using the SWO Autodiagnoza self-diagnostic system. This will help you assess your company's condition and identify developmental needs.

Step 3.

Register yourself and your enterprise in the Development Services Database: Registration. If you encounter any difficulties, the NobleProg team is here to help!

Step 4.

Prepare the necessary recruitment documents — present the self-diagnosis results, complete the recruitment form, and attach the required attachments. If needed, our experts will assist in preparing them.

Step 5.

Once your application is accepted, sign an agreement with the Operator.

Step 6.

Together with the advisor assigned by the Operator, prepare a detailed diagnosis that will indicate the best path for your business's development.

Step 7.

Based on the diagnosis, select appropriate training or consulting from the NobleProg catalogue that will help you grow your business and overcome challenges.

Step 8.

Before implementing the services, the selected training or consulting must be approved by the Operator.

Step 9.

Enroll in the training.

Step 10.

Attend the selected training and acquire new competences!

Step 11.

After completing the course, fill out an evaluation survey in the Development Services Database — this is a mandatory condition for obtaining reimbursement.

Step 12.

Reconcile the co-financing. After completing the developmental service, submit the required documents to receive reimbursement.
