Path Objectives:
Acquire the skills to effectively design and build automations from scratch for teams with no prior exposure to this subject matter.
Building team competencies that enable the independent identification of business processes, assessment of their automation potential, and the design, implementation, and maintenance of automations – from simple workflows to AI-enhanced solutions.
Many organizations start their automation journey with tools. However, the true starting point is not technology, but process. Without understanding the process, even the best automation tool will fail to deliver expected results.
Who is this path for?
This path has been designed for beginner teams in automation who work with processes and data daily but have had no prior experience with low-code tools. Specifically:
- business and systems analysts,
- testers,
- project and product managers,
- operational and back-office teams.
Programming knowledge is not required. However, basic technological familiarity is essential.
Final outcome – what competencies do participants acquire?
Upon completing the entire path, participants:
- can identify and describe processes they are involved in,
- make informed decisions about which processes are worth automating,
- select the appropriate type of automation (classic vs. AI-driven),
- independently implement automations in n8n,
- are able to maintain and develop them.
The result is increased team efficiency, reduced error rates, and greater predictability of actions.

The first training forms the foundation of the entire path. Participants learn how to document processes before initiating automation. Automating chaos only accelerates it – therefore, order comes first, then tools.
Training 2 - Building n8n automations for beginners
The second training translates designed processes into real workflows in n8n.
Training 3 - Advanced AI-powered automations in n8n
The third training builds on the previous two stages, showing how to add an intelligence layer to existing processes and automations.
