Path Objective:
Gaining the skills to effectively design and build automation from scratch for teams that have never dealt with such topics before.
Building competencies within teams to independently identify business processes, assess their automation potential, and design, implement, and maintain automations – from simple workflows to solutions enhanced with AI.
Many companies start their automation journey with tools. Meanwhile, the true starting point is not technology, but the process. Without understanding it, even the best automation tool will not yield the expected results.
Who is this Path for?
The path has been designed for teams beginning their journey in the area of automation, who work with processes and data daily but have not had previous contact with low-code tools. In particular:
- business and systems analysts,
- testers,
- project and product managers,
- operational and back-office teams.
No programming knowledge is required. However, basic technological literacy is important.
End Result – What competencies do participants acquire?
After completing the entire path, participants:
- can identify and describe the processes they participate in,
- consciously decide which processes are worth automating,
- select the appropriate type of automation (classic vs. with AI),
- independently implement automations in n8n,
- can maintain and develop them.
The result is an increase in team work efficiency, a reduction in the number of errors, and greater predictability of actions.
How do the courses complement each other?
Course 1 - Fundamentals of Business Process Design.
The first course is the foundation of the entire path. Participants learn how to describe processes before they start automating them. Automating chaos only accelerates it – that is why order comes first, then tools.
Course 2 - Creating Automations in n8n for Beginners
The second course involves translating designed processes into real workflows in n8n.
Course 3 - Advanced Automations with AI in n8n
The third course develops both previous stages, showing how to add an intelligence layer to existing processes and automations.
