Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Will the SAP MM (Material Management) course I am interested in definitely take place?

The presented course has a GUARANTEED status. This depends on the status of the selected course:
- If the date is marked as GUARANTEED: Yes, 100%. The course will take place exactly on the designated date and time, regardless of attendance. Even if you are the only one on the list, the course will be delivered without any extra charges.
- If the date is WITHOUT GUARANTEE (standard date): The start of the course depends on gathering a minimum number of participants. Once the group is completed, you will receive final confirmation of the execution. If attendance is too low, we will offer you an alternative date (often one with a guaranteed status) well in advance.

We do not have enough employees for a private training. Is a public course a good choice?

Definitely! Public courses were created specifically to enable the development of single employees or small, 2-3 person teams. You only pay for the participation of your people, and we join them with a group from other organizations. You gain knowledge within an optimal budget.

What happens if no one else besides me enrolls in the SAP MM (Material Management) course?

This is the best possible situation for you! The course will still take place, and you will participate in a 'one-on-one' training with our instructor. You will pay the standard price for a public course ticket, but you will receive the full, undivided attention of the trainer.

Do I need my own, pre-configured access to the SAP system for the course?

You do not have to worry about the technical background. The course is conducted in a live-lab mode, which means we provide a properly configured educational access to the SAP system for each participant for the duration of the classes.

What exactly will I learn in the "Material Requirements Planning" block?

In this part, we will focus on key documents and transactions. We will practice creating Purchase Orders (PO), working with goods receipts, and processing invoice receipts together. Additionally, you will learn how to effectively verify current inventory levels in the SAP environment.

Does the course cover physical inventory issues in the SAP MM module?

Yes. The module regarding Inventory Management fully covers issues related to stocktaking. You will learn how to add physical inventory documents, enter stocktaking results, as well as generate and compare inventory reports.

Is this course suitable for beginner SAP users?

The course program is aimed primarily at functional consultants and key users. A general understanding of SAP ERP processes is required. If you have the foundation of navigating the system, you will successfully master creating master data and the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle presented during the classes.
