Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Will the SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) course I am interested in definitely take place?
The presented course has the status: STANDARD. It depends on the status of the selected course:
- If the date is marked as GUARANTEED: Yes, 100%. The course will take place exactly on the designated date and time, regardless of attendance. Even if you are the only one on the list, the course will be delivered without any additional charges.
- If the date is WITHOUT GUARANTEE (standard date): The start of the course depends on gathering a minimum number of participants. Once the group is formed, you will receive final confirmation of delivery. If the attendance is too low, we will offer you an alternative date (often already with a guaranteed status) well in advance.
We don't have enough employees for a closed course. Is a public course a good choice?
Absolutely! Public courses were created precisely to enable the development of individual employees or small, 2-3 person teams. You only pay for the participation of your people, and we join them with a group from other organizations. You gain knowledge within an optimal budget.
What if I register for the SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) course and the group doesn't form?
We always inform you about this well in advance. In such a situation, we will not leave you without help. We will offer you the nearest available guaranteed date, a change to another course or, if no option suits you, we will refund 100% of the incurred costs.
Does the program cover the integration of EWM with mobile devices used in warehouses?
Definitely. One of the key modules of the course is entirely devoted to the configuration, integration, and effective use of mobile applications and RF (Radio Frequency) devices in monitoring and processing warehouse data.
What specific advanced warehouse processes will we practice?
The program covers a full cross-section of operations - from standard inbound and outbound goods processes, through internal stock transfers and physical inventory, to advanced strategies such as cross-docking, wave management, and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).
Do I need to know the older SAP WM system very well before starting to learn EWM?
It is not required. The EWM system has its own modern architecture and logic. The only requirement is an understanding of the basic concepts of ERP class systems. We will build a full understanding of EWM's operational logic from scratch on these foundations.
