Public Courses FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Will the course I am interested in definitely take place?
Yes, if the date is marked as guaranteed.
The course will take place exactly on the scheduled date and time, regardless of attendance. Even if you are the only one on the list, the course will be delivered without any additional fees.
No, if the date is non-guaranteed (standard date).
The start of the course depends on gathering the minimum number of participants. Once the group is formed, you will receive final confirmation of delivery. If attendance turns out to be too low, we will offer you an alternative date well in advance (often already with guaranteed status).
What does it mean if a course is public?
Public course
Courses delivered according to a predetermined schedule, a fixed curriculum, and with a set price per participant. Individuals or groups of employees from various organizations, as well as private individuals, enroll in the course. In the standard public course format, running the course depends on reaching the required minimum number of participants (quorum). If an insufficient number of participants register by a specified time before the date, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session.
Public course with a guaranteed date
A public course backed by a formal commitment from NobleProg that it will take place exactly on the scheduled date, regardless of the number of registered participants. If only one participant registers for a given date, the course will still run. On the NobleProg website, guaranteed dates are clearly marked with a green "✓" checkmark. The guarantee eliminates the risk of last-minute rescheduling, making it easier to plan vacations, project schedules, or course budget settlements.
Private course
A course dedicated exclusively to employees of a single, specific company or organization, delivered on a bespoke basis. The client decides on the start date, course hours, and delivery format (in-person at the company's premises, at a NobleProg training center, or remotely). The course can be fully tailored to the company's current projects, the participants' skill level, and the technology stack used within the organization.
How do public courses work?
Course statuses
A guaranteed course will take place on the scheduled date. On the NobleProg website, guaranteed dates are clearly marked with a green "✓" checkmark. You can use the "Guaranteed dates only" filter to filter the list and view only guaranteed dates. Other courses are in the planning stage—your registration could be key to guaranteeing a date, so don't wait!
How to register?
It's simple! Search the list for the course you're interested in. Click "Register" and fill out the form. In the form, provide the details of the contact person responsible on your end for organizing the course. Remember, you only pay after receiving confirmation by email from our team.

More questions.
I see the registration form, but where can I find the detailed course outline?
Each item on our course list offers two different paths:
- Clicking on the course title will take you to a subpage with the full course description, where you will find a detailed syllabus, hourly schedule, prerequisites, and participant profile.
- Clicking the "Book" button directs you straight to the registration form for your chosen date.
If you want to review the course curriculum first, simply click directly on the course name.
We don't have enough employees for a private course. Is a public course a good choice?
Definitely! Public courses were created precisely to enable development for individual employees or small teams of 2–3 people. You only pay for your team members' participation, and we place them in a group with attendees from other organizations. You gain knowledge within an optimal budget.
What happens if no one else registers for a guaranteed-date course?
That is the best possible scenario for you! The course will still take place, and you will participate in a one-on-one course with our trainer. You pay the standard ticket price for a public course, but receive the instructor's full, undivided attention.
What happens if I register for a regular public course (non-guaranteed) and the group does not form?
We always inform you well in advance. In such a situation, we won't leave you without support. We will offer you the nearest available guaranteed date, a transfer to another course, or, if neither option works for you, a 100% refund of the costs incurred.
How are public courses delivered at NobleProg?
Most of our courses take place in a Live Online format. Participants connect with the trainer in real time, see and hear each other, and complete exercises in virtual labs. We also offer selected courses at our in-person training centers.
I am an HR professional. How should I plan employee budgets and work schedules to avoid the risk of course cancellation?
We recommend choosing courses labeled "Guaranteed Date". This provides 100% certainty that the employee will complete the course as scheduled, which allows you to close quarterly budget reconciliations with confidence and safely plan employee allocation across projects.
