screw icon Course Description

About the Training

This training provides a practical introduction to modeling information systems using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Participants will learn the principles of object-oriented analysis and design, and acquire skills in creating and interpreting basic UML diagrams used in requirements analysis, system design, and communication between analysts, designers, and developers.

The sessions are workshop-based – participants create use case models, class diagrams, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, and component diagrams themselves, learning the practical application of UML in the daily work of a system analyst and designer.

The training is intended for business analysts, system designers, programmers, IT project managers, and individuals involved in creating and documenting functional requirements.

Training Objectives

  • Understanding the basics of the UML language and its role in system analysis and design.
