The course was very well structured and the analogies and examples used to explain the theory were very helpful. Use of powerpoint / paint to create the training materials as we went along. Benefit of the trainers experience. Use of the "cinema booking tool" example and our break out group case studies really brought the approach to life
Craig was really helpful and the material was very useful to hopefully take away and use in our actual day to day jobs. We were able to work on real life examples linked to our current work, which Craig supported and gave feedback. This was really helpful
The training was great, I could see that a lot of prep had gone it to pitch it at the right level of detail and to make the exercises relevant. I am already using BDD at a very simple level, so I was most interested in how the BDD statements are used by testers and automation testers, and therefore how I could improve what I do to make it more usable by other team members.
Understanding how I can apply user stories and BDD in my team - I've already gotten good feedback from the changes I've made to my work as a result of the training

The pacing, the frequent breaks, exercises, and clear explanation. If i were to do PSM 2 I would want the same trainer.
I really enjoyed the mix of interactive exercises as well as normal powerpoint teaching slides. The exercises really broke up what is normally a classic teacher/student teaching method but there was a good balance of group exercises as well as powerpoint slides. I think the trainer was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he taught.
My course only had a few other people in it, this meant Ravi could be very attentive with us, he could take his time to explain things and could gauge our knowledge of different subjects of the course and pay attention to our weak points. Ravi was good fun and enthusiastic and I enjoyed the 2 days with him.
The interactive part, the excercises and the work in teams. I also liked the fact that we had regular breaks and we always started and stopped on time.

Paweł ma bardzo ugruntowana wiedze na temat SCRUM oraz zagadnień Product Owner. Przekazany zakres oparty był o praktyczne przykłady, co mocno ułatwiało zrozumienie. Polecam :)
